There is no information from the company about offering limited drilling partnerships. That was a rumor posted on a message board. My understanding was they were going to underwrite the first few wells themselves to get a cash flow going. If they do offer partnerships later on, the company (i.e. stockholders (i.e. US!)) will surely still retain the majority of the working interest, which will be the cash stream that will first recover drilling costs and then be pure profit.
