Certainly would appear that way assets. However...
I've seen great setups like this fail in this past on more than a few occasions (don't think that will be the case here), so for now I would say my status is currently "cautiously" optimistic, but a move through two cents on good volume will change that status to "strongly/wildly" optimistic.
