LOL!! CAGR isn't, and never has been, a solid play from any level. especially not from this level. Even more so in light of the fact that they just gagged the TA in order to hide dilution ... and they lost their current standing on "Oink Sheets" ... and just announced that there will not be any 2nd or 3rd Qtr reports. Besides that, it seems they have chosen to 'go dark.' (probably under orders from their attorney.)
