Down 25% today. there is always the opportunity for a 100% gain, but they never seem to come to fruition. when it does go up, it goes up on such small volume that it doesn't matter. Then it crashes back to Hades.

CAGR has been DOA since before it was born. Every once in a while, it twitches, like a beheaded Rattlesnake does until sundown.
