I like to Buy MFTH , But a Few Things Bother Me.

On Aug 30 2012 MFTH released a press release with a $7 mil Deal
closing in 60 Days.

Then Less then 2 weeks The Company announced that the Deal will Close in
30 Days. Also there would be a Dividend of .01 per share.
