"It's been extinct since it last erupted and largely collapsed into the ocean 140 million years ago" said the scientists afraid of ruining tourism and afraid of being mocked for agreeing with the Bible, despite it being the worlds most popular book and clearly good one for morality: Obeying God and his commands (now try and say, "oh but it says to stone people" morons who take God out of context, and pretend you never heart, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"). You are not God, God is God, he may command us to do whatever he wants us to. The universe is not older than 6,500 years, and those who disagree work against truth and progress and change for peace and a comfortable life. Stop with the assumptions and "my feelings make me right" nonsense thinking and feeling, you can't change reality or make something true with your hate or any other emotion, reality is what it is whether you like it or not.

unfortunately not yet quiet .. nor extinct .. LOL .. the shock and utter amazement of seeing that
comment put to the Hong Kong edifice drove my quizzical level way up to having me plop it here.

It was good to revisit the incredible pictures in your links list, too .. thanks ..

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
