Nobody knows the true value of silver but here is what we do know:

USD was put on notice by Moody's this week

China is rolling out 1 kilo gold bars to be used for trade settlement with its new partners: China, Russia India, Brazil and even Iran

Historically silver has always been used as money (thousands of years)

Silver is now more rare than gold due to its manufacturing consumption.

These are all facts. By the time you get your proof it will be too late and I will be using my USD's for toilet paper.
