Yes, it's a low share structure shell and she can move FAST! According to the Bank of America filing(check the signature on the filing http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=51191589 and do some DD on him!) they own 5.78% of PSPF with 4,800,000 shares. That means at the time of the filing there were only approximately 83,044,983 outstanding, and who knows how many in the float. Not much volume since the filing came out and the buzz died down. Now PSPF appears cheap in my opinion.
