Any war rally would be brief.
What would make for a huge rally is a "no war" outcome. I am thinking of a rational arrangement suggested by the Russians as to an internal exile of Sadam to Tikrit. This would forestall any pan arab anger at the U.S. by avoiding all civilian casualties. We would have help with the huge rebuilding expence of Iraq from the europeans.The price of crude would ease and we could see a future beyond a war and reconstruction.

It would prvide a quick bounce back to 1400 area on the comp.
