There are (at least) two reasons why it would be distasteful to me.

The first is that I haven't been following the posts of either one, so it would be inappropriate for me to make such a request. There are plenty of others who could.

The second is that booting them contravenes the idea of turning the other cheek. (I need to avoid being a "sanctimonious prig" here. Left to my own devices, I'd probably box their ears. However, these are Zeev boards and he has made some excellent comments on this topic. I support the ideas Zeev has expressed and hope, in time, to have the grace to conduct myself that way. Not asking Matt to boot them would be a step in that direction.)
