It is becoming more of a joke every day. I notice commentary on another board parsing the comments of the BOD to a shareholder that shareholders will be very appreciative of the patents when the new iPhone comes out. Of course, the comments are being downplayed to not mean what an ordinary observor would think.

If a BOD member says that to a shareholder what is the obvious conclusion? That something will happen, most likely with Apple, that would create revenue or PPS increase for the company. The conversation taking place now of course is "how could anyone think that?" It was just an off th e cuff comment - forgetting it was made by a member of the BOD to a shareholder at a SHM.

Again - what a joke.
