Well, it doesn't surprise me because he did buy into a shell company without knowing it had baggage.
He doesn't realize the importance of audited fins are in the financial world.
I don't think he's hiding anything otherwise $BBDA would be done by now but it will make the pps to go up more slowly even with increase sales.
