I am just offering a new possible scenario. Whether it's either of the above, really makes no difference to me...both seem positive in different ways.

My mention of Nantworks was not to imply they would be the partner.

Using the Toumaz example, California Capital Equity was the Dr Soon entity involved. So in neoms case, I would guess that Dr Soons Global Grid entity would be involved, as they did the initial investment.

Basically, just saying, if we are all wondering why Dr Soon is here,
these scenarios could be a possible answer.
