twed... I really don't want to get into this with you because I don't know what your experience is and I'm afraid this might get ugly. I was a MM for a long time. You can't have a "trade" without a buyer AND a seller. And in the case of HYII, the only sellers there could possibly be are those close to management.
Let's recap. HYII used to sell horseshoes. They had about 200 million shares outstanding. Then on 11/23/2011, they did a 1 for 500 reverse split and changed their business to mining. That left 400,000 shares outstanding. Total. Including restricted. Including management. Including insiders. 400k before they started with the mines. Now there's 88 million. Who do you think got those shares? People close to the company? Who do you think sold 7 million shares the past 3 weeks when there was only 400k left from the horseshoe company?
7 million shares of new investors can't get in, unless someone sells them their shares. As I've pointed out, the only ones with stock to sell were people close to the company. A stock that did a complete business change (horseshoes to mining) no pr's since 8/14, no reason to attract 7 million shares of volume in 3 weeks, and yet...
Maybe someone somewhere hired a promoter or 2 so someone close to the company could sell 7 million shares? So again, why would anyone think this stock is gonna go higher if 7 million shares from people close to the company got sold around 0.06?
