Well, I jumped on this stock because of the 8k last week. Think about something. SNVP is a shell with no revenue or working capital (aka cash). They hired a company to help them do a merger about a year ago. About the only option is a reverse merger as their share structure is a plus.

Here is the thing.

Why would the company be going back 2 years to correct a small accounting error and do a 8K on it.

Simple answer - They would not.

In the event of a reverse merger - 2 years audited fincials must be done. Period.

What was the 8k about????????????

Guys it is screaming that an audit is taking place.

No one pays the bucks for an audit without a reason.

Wake up call.

Reverse merger has already happened.
