Wrong buddy, the filing clearly states:

The reverse stock split will not change the number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock under the Company’s articles of incorporation. (A separate proposal to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting, however, would approve an amendment to our articles of incorporation to increase our authorized shares of common stock to 1,000,000,000. See Proposal No. 5.) Because the number of issued and outstanding shares of common stock will decrease, the number of shares of common stock remaining available for issuance will increase. Under our articles of incorporation, our authorized capital stock consists of 500,000,000 shares of common stock, $0.001 par value per share, and 10,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share. The Company does not currently have any plans, proposal or arrangement to issue any of its authorized but unissued shares of common stock.
