rufio: With what cash to buy into 70-80% of a venture? And when would that produce new product? There isn't enough time or money to do a JV. Focus. NeoMedia has an objective to payoff YA by next July. Again, a possibility, but not a good probability if they will hit their financial goals. I will always error on the side of the immediate needs and NeoMedia has some very immediate needs.
