What I find interesting is a complete detachment of Intel fans (on their thread) from the fact that Intel the stock has been a dog for years. I don't see many questions of how Intel can make billions of dollars of profits per year and how it is not achieving anything for the shareholders. Well, we don't need to bother this thread about that.

I agree. I've, on a few occasions, tried to initiate a discussion on those very issues over on Intel SI
