Maybe something new going on here. A company called Key Venture Capital on the TSX exchange has a letter of intent to merge with Vitasound and a company called Pharmacy Hearing Centers Inc. This announcement was made on August 28th. Trading has been halted on Key Venture until the deal is consumated. Gora Ganguli the current president and CEO of Vitasound will be the new director,president and CEO of the new entity. What this means for HRAL I dont know but Vitasound is a partner with HRAL.
