This is the current pre consolidation outstanding. It is simple math...so I will repeat this...Consolidate from here. If off a few shares so be it. The float still remains low given this(Roughly 80 million),
"the Seller will own 90% of the Buyer’s outstanding common stock that is not in the Buyer’s public float,'
"Reference to the Buyer’s “public float” in this Agreement means outstanding shares of Buyer’s common stock that are not owned by Buyer, Seller, or any of their affiliates."
103,290,000 held by controlling interest(Hill) 51%
..Using Dry's formula 103,290,000 x .9/(1-.9) = 929610000
The key is that Hill already owns 51% of that...49% of that is the distribution(stock issue)
new issue is 455,508,900(if wrong before..apologize...i was off on the past management number..so off by about a one percent...oh well..splitting hairs)
So add 202,354,252 and 455,508,900............and there you go...roughly 657,000,000......then consolidate where ever you please.
if I'm off a bit.......it's minor....work from there.
