let me break it down a little further to my whole point,
well since this is my thread i am only disturbing myself now..

if i am right..
megas gets almost 200k in cash...
the shell back though the structure has changed dramatically
but still has a 200k price tag on selling..

a new class b stock that he puts the original shareholders in
and can do his clean merger..

so he gets 2 shells,plus 200k in cash..he has made 300 percent on this ordeal and what does the investor he brought into this get...
do not feel sorry for this man,make him responsible for your investment..any investor who bought on the possibility of a short squeeze,bought because megas leaked this information out...
