Well put Pete.


I find several things disturbing about this stock. First Val filing to be exempt from SEC filing. Any decent company files, and stays current, they want ransparency in their daily business. They want their investors to be informed and feel comfortable with their investments, one should wonder why not OTOW. Val doesn't seem to have a problem coming up with "unaudited" financials. Why not file?

Second why the DTC chill? What transpired for the DTC to walk from this stock? It is usually some inconsistency with the company stock.

Third, why did Val dump Billions of shares just a couple of days after the quarterly filings? I mean coincidences happen, but the timing is suspicious to say the least. Was this done just to buy another quarter before having to remove the cloak from the hideous increase in float and O/S. further why no mention of a vote or intention of doing this? Why did the share count have to be posted on this board, then two days later Val decides to PR it? Hand in cookie jar?

Fourth, Val has reported 500 shareholders for two years. Are you telling me that number has not changed at all in two years? I find that odd. But that number is key for not having to file.

Fifth, why the DTC PR release at the cusp of a BILLiON share dumpage? has this truly been nothing more than a pump and dump? Could that be why the last PR sunk us even deeper? Have people finally decided that's what this is?
