The are excited because nothing really transpired as I understand.

I think they call that a bluff.

I would have much preferred to see quasar with something positive, however its a non-issue from what I am aware in either direction

let's face it they cant be excited about NHSH stock, nor the company nor Digenova so they may as well get excited that they didn't lose anything YET
