Trades that are currently taking place are the old shares with the old cusip #. No new shares have been issued as the new cusip can't be issued until the shares are DTCC Eligible and currently they are not as the DTC is working with the issuer and issuers counsel to do that.

This is a communication with my broker.

The amount of shares were adjusted, but no new shares have been issued as of yet. The following was the last update released by DTC.



8/16/12: PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH THE ISSUER AND ISSUER'S COUNSEL TO MAKE THE NEW CUSIP DTCC ELIGIBLE.
