It is not against the law for a CEO to post here on IHUB.
What the CEO's CAN'T do is dissiminate information that is non-public. and IHUB is not considered an acceptable means to dissiminate information for a publicly traded company.
Press releases are. So answer this - what is the point of a CEO showing up here if he can't tell you anything that is not already public information? To make you feel "special" I guess. To sell more shares.
And I would not trust anyone calling themselves a CEO of anything unless they are using their true name. That alias could be anyone.
Discussing specifics in contracts that are not public information is a big fat no - no. Just because a company is private doesn't mean they can discuss what they are doing with a public company here on IHUB.
The press release specifically mentions a deal with the private company - and make no mistake - it does not mean the SEC cannot question the deal or demand proof of an existing contract with a private company.
I assume any material event will show up as an 8k filing with the SEC - making it their business
