Cost of what guys going to the well? WGAS is responsible for 8.35% of costs of getting the well online and continued operation. They probably put out somewhere in the ballpark of $1.5mm or less for that cost. This well after clean up process is done will generate more than $8mm in oil and likely $2-4mm in gas annually for around 3 years before slowing down and dying out. We get 10.35% of those revenues and like I said are responsible for 8.35% of the contract operators to check on the well. WGAS is looking at over $800k profit for this one well annually.
This revenue proves to investors offering private loans that WGAS is successful and IMO this will lock in the non equity financing to develop other leases. Class dismissed.
