An interesting line of thought but this posting thread assumes WGAS is fully responsble for operating and maintenance of the well. It is far more likely that those operational and maintenance costs are shared based on the same percentages as revenue allocations. I don't profess to be an oil and gas expert but I've read a few gas production and royalty contracts over the years and your posts are not accurate reflections of how the business is conducted.
