That presumes an angel comes down and plops $10 - $20 million in SIRG's lap, and offers reasonable terms. Not gonna happen.
Why would a financier not demand preferred shares instead? The potential return could be astronomical. Instead they would accept....what....25% interest rate? Ridiculous.
SIRG's share structure will balloon over the next 12 months, potentially followed by a reverse split to get the s/p to a decent level. The only question is how much our ownership is diluted. My expectation is that when all is said and done, our shares will be 1/100 of their current ownership percentage. I am counting on the s/p to be 300-500 times higher than current, at least, for a 3- to 5-fold return, or better.
