Exactly, NO BK will be approved. There is proof of what they have done. Charges will be filled. This whole thing may be delayed until certain agencies complete their internal work.

I really don't understand why some people think if a Government agency objects to a Chapter 11 filing why they would approve a complete wipe of debt when fraud is known. The SEC knows all about their assets they sold of prior to filing BK. But this is just one small piece of a very large puzzle. Anyone who has done their DD on this knows exactly what I'm talking about.

It's not when charges will be filed, it's how many.

All in all, good for us but this WILL NOT be over soon but who knows, perhaps I am wrong.
