$IMDS >> Clearly all the hootin and hollerin about dilution and death to the stock price doesn't mean anything when you got solid buying pressure and relentless bid support.

I personally believe their is some orchestrating behind the scenes and that IMDS is getting ready to see some previous multi dollar highs.
