SEcond question show me in BLACK AND WHITE WHERE IT STATES 100% shares of slmu will be tendered into dsti? I dont care wht the intentions are by Mr Nalley where does that state that in black and white? I read atleast 50.1% will be tendered? That means potentially ATLEAST 49.9% will not be tendered (AGAIN I DONT BELIEVE A TENDER IS HAPPENING)This one is far from over and frankly noone knows what will happen. So please enlighten me Martin where does it say all shares being tendered, I dont want to hear conjecture from someone from Orsay where is the PROOF?
