Don't MOST lawsuits result in cash settlements? It's just easier that way for the courts to execute a cash transaction.
What if the court made them give back to SGCP the profit that they made, and told SGCP that they had to buy back the stock themselves.....??
$836,000 worth of stock at these prices would be a lot more than 1.1 billion shares.....
