Re-entered GTE at 1.80 (pre-RS 0.12) right down to a big chunk at 1.17
by liquidating MOBL (impending 150% O/S dilution will force market
adjustment). Figured that 1.17 (pre RS 0.078) is unbelievably cheap
considering that it was at a 2004 price before the 'stratellite'
announcement. A great time to buy? I bet it is.

The main problem is that the economic terrorism of naked shorting off shore makes conventional Due Diligence meaningless, as the PPS can be driven lower even AFTER it is a great VALUE - based on the number of LEGAL shares. BUT ALL THE EXTRA COUNTERFEIT ELECTRONIC SHARES THAT NEVBER GET DELIVERED DILUTE THE PPS BY AN UNKNOWN FACTOR.

THE HECK OF IT IS - EVEN WERE THE FEDS TO SUCCEED AT ANY ACTION AGAINST THESE ECONOMIC TERRORISTS, WE WOULD STILL NEVER KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
