Here are the real, verifiable facts.

1) Jenkins resigned his CPG sometime in the last year. He was a CPG at the time he authored the Davis Dunkirk Appraisal Report, but the CPG certification is not recognized by the State of Arizona.
2) Jenkins is not, never was, a mining engineer. He uses his SME membership number as though it is a mining engineer registration number, which it is not.
3) There are at least two complaints filed against Jenkins at the AZBOTR, and an investigation has begun.
4) There is at least one complaint filed against Stoddard at the AZBOTR, and an investigation has begun.

You can deny the above FACTS all you want, but please take the time to search on AZBOTR's on-line database and you will see that neither Jenkins nor Stoddard are registered engineers or geologists. You can also call or email Kathryn Fuller, the head investigator for the AZBOTR to confirm the investigations. I am not making this stuff up!
