I believe you know what an agency does. But to answer your question, it's like you were asking this: what did Alex Rodriguez "sign up to do" when Scott Boras got him the $250 million contract with the NY Yankees?

Also, I said she signed with, not signed up. You can't just sign with, or in your words sign up with an agency like William Morris Endeavor. More like, you're chosen by them. I can only imagine it's one of those places that says "don't call us, we'll call you".

One only needs to google William Morris Endeavor to find out who they are, and what an agency does in general.
