The A/S will NOT be reduced with this RS. There is no need to even debate it, as it is clearly spelled out in black and white. I posted this yesterday, from page 24 of the Pre 14a:

The reverse stock split will not change the number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock under the Company’s articles of incorporation. (A separate proposal to be voted upon at the Annual Meeting, however, would approve an amendment to our articles of incorporation to increase our authorized shares of common stock to 1,000,000,000. See Proposal No. 5.)
