this is not true. in fact, one reason i feel good about the pending capital change is we WERE warned about it, and in the earliest stages of a big run.

most penny CEOs just go right ahead and do the split, and they make it a massive one, like 1:200. they wipe people out.

imo that's NOT what's happening here.
