Silver and Gold appear to have moved over there 200 day moving average on a long term chart. The way I have always read charts was that this very significant to many investors who play markets.

Sometime I do point out charts that have been moving up for awhile, I have learned from past mistakes that being first to notice a change in direction isn't always the best strategy. That its better to wait for awhile, and watch a trend build.

You might miss the beginning of a move, but you can also save yourself alot of sleepness nights by being too early.

Also my opinion, or my thoughts, are mine, I do not move markets, and my small trade makes no difference in the grand scheme of things. I just listen to the news, read reports, and look at charts. I try and keep the emotion out of my decisions, but occassionally I still make that mistake.

Pull up a chart of Silver and Gold, look back over the past year, and anyone can see why I believe that silver and gold seem better suited for a long term trade. Now what is long term, at least the next few weeks, and like any trade you enter, you watch it closely. If it moves in your favor you stay with it for as long as you decide to. In today's market, things happen in minutes. Thats because all markets can be moved by the events that happen anywhere in the world.

There is one more thing to consider, Bernanke, he is looking at his legacy, we already know that he has studied the Great Depression, and probably all Fed Chairman before him. I think he wants to be thought of as someone who handled the economy as well as he could, with all of the tools within his discretion. He talked last Friday, and kind of stated that he could use more stimulus to revive the economy. I Romney becomes President, I doubt very much that Bernanke would remain, by mutual decision.

Now anyone can take issue with my thought, and thats fine, but you cannot argue with the silver and gold charts, and when you come down to this decision, I will stay with silver and gold.
