The bankruptcy is complete bullsh*t.

These are former employees of ReceptoPharm that are trying to extort money from Nutra Pharma. Nutra Pharma is not declaring bankruptcy and no court would approve this. Why would a court allow an involuntary bankruptcy when the company is starting to market their products and they announced a $10M credit facility a few months ago? At the worst case, everyone gets paid after a registration statement:
