The case is Securities & Exchange Commission v. Bronson, No. 7:12-cv-06421-KMK (S.D.N.Y. filed Aug. 22, 2012). To date, the complaint is the only substantive thing filed. If they litigate this matter (as opposed to negotiate a settlement), the other companies will come out in future court filings, such as motions for summary judgment).

If you want to follow the case, you could use the PACER site for the Southern District of New York: https://ecf.nysd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl You would need a PACER account, but they are easily gotten. (PACER stands for something like Public Access to Court Electronic Records.)

I doubt that the SEC's lawyer will divulge privately to you any more than the the SEC has put forward in its public filings, but you can certainly try.

Blue Dog,

I intend to write a letter to the SEC Counsel listed at the bottom of the attached Complaint requesting additional information on the case outlined. The case refers to over 100 penny stocks that were manipulated however only lists 10. Is there any other means by which to obtain this information and are the Of Counsel listed at the bottom of the complaint the individuals that could supply this infrmation?

Thanks,

SG
