What a difference a day with an 8K can make!

The RS and AS issues caused some fear and broke the chart,
so pile on some technical selling
Then an 8k with a bunch of dilution for debt and obligation

I asked myself why these insiders would want the shares
if the RS AS nightmare was in the works

So I added a few share on the dip.
