Agreed, these shares are being accumulated by folks fully anticipating $1 per share after a 10-1 r/s. Anybody who trades the pinks and otc realizes you don't see 10-1 r/s filings down here. The real question is how much oil production is needed to support the .10 share price? I would submit it won't take a lot, we are basically holding a penny on the line clean out phase!
