***VIX, VXO, & VXN, earlier I issued a BUY SIGNAL based on these charts and sentiment and today's action, and the headfake the markets saw off of the "oil inventory report" cemented that, now these volatility indexes have since turned green and the markets have since turned red, if we can get continuation here into the end of the week with these volatility indexes, it could be the preview of what to expect in October... making a disasterous month of October for the markets a reality is quite a possibility...
