Actually Mick, unlike the majority of stinkies, WGAS is playing the game as they suposta. Ya got your stinkies who just pop into their state and pull the fast one, increasing the authorized behind your backs, lol.. but fully reporting companies issuing a proxy there's a set time period where "Investors" shareholders must have, to properly receive the proxy, via mail or brokers and be given set time limits before a meeting can be held.. In general it's a minimum of 60 days.

Read the proxy statement it says:

The Company intends to mail the Annual Report, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card enclosed with this notice on or about ________, 2012 to all stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

it ain't like they can super over-night this, hello!??

Why this R/S?,, if ya check their files the answers are there..

this company has been struggling, scraping the dirt to bing this on-line, and near the goal,, but there's peter to pay after and while they continue.

I'm quite surprised Mick, after all these years, ya serious don't know this already,, have ya played nothing but stinkies all this time, not once conducted some serious due diligence??

it ain't happening over night and next week,, this goes on-line to begin filtering out the junk for a while.. 1st important pivot gets met..
