You did not envision a close right at max pain (and neither did I quite frankly. I loaded up way too early on a few things but more or less doing OK now.

Stay away from front month options (even better yet go out 4-5 months ITM), and all you have to do is bet correct eventually.

Is your DOW target still 7400-7600 this leg down?
QQQ sure seems stubborn and I think it is all those QQQ puts again holding it up. There was a buy of 75,000 QQQ calls today so I need to look and see if that affected pain.
