My way to look at it:

I have 21 (10,5 and 6),

The dealer had 12 and he just did turn a 2.

The dealer must pull another card ???

How much is my hand worth?

Will I win? (double my bet)

Will I have a push (take my money and walk or try again)

Will I loose the bet (also part of the game)

As I said this is not an investment. It's a bet or speculation and only money you can afford to loose should be on the table.
