White Canyon's CEO filed the form 15 (SEC Reg's state that in the case that a form 15 is being filed because of a RM, the form should be signed by the acquiring company's director). This process has taken a long time, and the end is in sight imo. Get what you can while knowing this, rather when they release all the filings, and a 8-K hits for the name change. You will be chasing when that happens imo.
