On a personal level-----
If I lend money to a failed company I would want to control that company.
Our Country, under Bush and Obama never asked for control.
That was a failure to the tax payer who payed the big bucks!
Any responsible investor would ask for control over a management that screwed up!

The first thing to do is to remove the management that bankrupt the company!
