This is the start of the market cool off period. Yeap, of course. We all can expect that to happen while interest rates go up. There will be less buys coming and so bidding wars wont happen as much, asking price will now seem to high, and it will become a buyers market eventually.

Luckily I locked in a rate last month..waiting to close on it. I was hoping to sell one of my properties in the Spring to catch it before the cool down but with the way Greenspan is going..That cool down might happen sooner...

It should last a few years...

Market will rise this fast in 2010...
