Thanks...I've been following the problem with state finances for years...ask all those who berate me on the issue. It's been obvious for years, and acutely obvious since 2008, that the states are in dire financial straits.

Perhaps you can point the article to Ergo, DD, Steph, Peg, Fuag, and the many others who think it's not a problem?

But really, thanks for the link....it's only a matter of time before the states turn to the Federal Government looking for a "bailout". As if the Federal Government has been any better at managing matters of finance.
